Haryana’sscoreimprovedby~26.21points(largestimprovement),duetohigherscores
onfourthemes—restorationofwaterbodies,watersheddevelopment,on-farmwater
use,andpolicyandgovernance
Amongstthe9themes,stateshavedisplayedmaximumimprovementonthePolicy
andGovernance,withthethememedianscorerisingby~30%overthelastthreeyears
Datadisciplineisalsoimproving,andincidentsofstatesnotreportingdatahave
reducedby~70%comparedtolastyear
